To fully enjoy your treatment experience, we kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Delays might reduce your treatment time.

Your booked treatments are specially reserved for you. Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Non-cancelled appointments will be charged at 100%.

For our hotel guests, we recommend arriving for your treatments freshly showered and in a bathrobe. Day Spa guests will find separate changing facilities at our venue. Your privacy is of utmost importance and will always be respected.

Please avoid having treatments on a full stomach to achieve the optimal effect.

To preserve your relaxation and that of other guests, please set mobile phones and other electronic devices to silent. Photography is not permitted in the spa area.
